That is a NKOTB "Hangin' Loose" Jordan Knight "Fashion Figure" with it's original jacket.
The second looks like a Busch Marc doll, Boyfriend or husband of their Karina fashion doll. I'm not totally sure but it looks just like him facially, I've just never seen one with such long hair before.
The booklets I have are in German though and I have no idea what is being communicated in them.

Yep, the first one is Jordan Knight from New Kids on the Block. I have no clue about the second one.
